GV18 Smartwatch Review
This new smart watch from gv18 is an interesting little gadget with quite a lot of usability packed into its small frame. It has some useful standard features like a pedometer which it describes as "your private health butler" and also a sedentary reminder that will remind you to take a break if you've been sitting still for too long. The GV18 also supports NFC, has a 0.3 megapixel camera, can record videos, can be used to control your smartphone and has a place for a SIM card.
The device comes in a cardboard box along with a USB cable, a battery and a Chinese/English instruction leaflet. It's compatible with Android phones and can be paired to them via Bluetooth. It has a 1.54 inch TFT HD LCD screen with a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels.
It also has a built in speaker and microphone so it can be used to make calls, receive notifications and even click pictures. It has a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery which can last for 2 to 3 days with light use.
It's available in a variety of colors and can be purchased from newfrog for just 20 euros. You can even sync your music and playlist with the GV18 via its inbuilt microSD card reader. It also has a message synchronization function and remote capture functionality which works with iPhone systems. This GV18 is an interesting gadget that offers a good quality/price ratio, so it's worth checking out if you're in the market for a new smartwatch.
