The p2000sk is a full-sized subcompact hammer fired handgun from Heckler and Koch designed for law enforcement and military use. It features a 6.5” cold hammer-forged barrel that has polygonal rifling and a single action/double action trigger system with a 7.3-8.5 pound trigger pull. It is lightweight, durable and can easily accommodate a variety of tactical accessories.

HK handguns are very refined firearms and this model is no exception. The slide has impressive lines and cuts and mates perfectly with the polymer frame for a smooth, comfortable fit. The ambidextrous magazine release and decocking button are located on the left rear of the frame.

One of the reasons for the strong double action trigger pull on the p2000sk is that it is designed with the Law Enforcement Modification or LEM (pre-cocked striker/hammer system) first introduced on the USP Compact model in 2001. This design allows a more consistent level of trigger pressure from first to last shot and reduces the total trigger travel distance to get to a DA round compared to many conventional double action pistols. Optional trigger adjustment by an HK certified armorer can bring the LEM trigger pull into the 5.5 pound range.

The p2000sk is a great choice for any shooter looking for a compact and reliable handgun to carry or defend with. The gun is easy to conceal, well balanced and has exceptional accuracy. The p2000sk is also very versatile and can be fitted with a wide range of sights, lasers and accessories. It also has interchangeable backstraps and ready to install grip panels so the firearm can be custom fit to the user.
