Anita Sarkeesian is a Canadian-American blogger, journalist, and media critic. She is known for founding the website Feminist Frequency, a site that analyzes media through a feminist lens. Her video series Tropes vs Women in Video Games gained her wide popularity, attracting a large amount of attention and criticism. In the video, she discusses common female stereotypes and how they are portrayed in modern video games.
