Bruce Lee was an American actor, martial artist and philosophist who was born in Hong Kong on November 27, 1940. He is credited with redefining the art of film acting, as well as revolutionizing the martial arts genre and breaking the mold of how Asian men are typically portrayed on screen.

After moving to the United States, Jun-Fan enrolled at the University of Washington, where he majored in philosophy. He also took classes in dancing, gymnastics, judo, and kung fu. He was a teen cha-cha champion and was often spotted whirling around his partners at dances organized by Chinese American college and graduate students.

He was a member of the Delta Gamma fraternity. He married Linda Emery in 1964 and had two children, son Brandon and daughter Shannon. He is widely considered one of the greatest martial artists in history. He was able to defeat people of all heights, weights and nationalities in hundreds of fights.

In 1972, Bruce Lee appeared in the film Game of Death and choreographed the film’s fighting scenes, which included a spectacular fight sequence with NBA legend Template:Convert Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The movie is now regarded as one of the most iconic in the history of martial arts movies.

The film was produced by Concord, Golden Harvest, and Warner Brothers. He is also known for his appearances in the films Marlowe (1969) and The Wrecking Crew (1970), both written by James Silliphant. He also directed the 1970 film A Walk in the Spring Rain starring Ingrid Bergman and Anthony Quinn.
