When you look at the Hulk, you’re looking at a powerful and iconic character who has many questions attached to him. Some are about his powers, how he was able to lift Thor’s hammer in the film ‘Ultimate Avengers: Ragnarok’, and others are simply more simple things like how tall is hulk?

Before CGI took over, actors had to use prosthetics and makeup to play the Hulk on screen. Lou Ferrigno was one of the most famous actors to ever portray the Hulk and was 6 feet 5 inches tall at his peak. He used to wear undersized clothing to appear even bigger. He also had green makeup applied to his face to make him appear more monstrous. Camera angles and his bodybuilder appearance helped to make him seem huge when he transformed into the Hulk.

In the ’70s, the TV Hulk was supposed to be much bigger than the comic book version. He was meant to be a big, bestial creature who was full of rage, but that rage didn’t always seem to increase his strength like it does in the comics. Eric Banna was a good choice to play the TV Hulk as he was 6 feet 2 inches tall.

When he wrestled in the WWE, the Hulkster towered over his enemies and was easily the tallest person in the squared circle at his peak. Over the years, however, age and numerous surgeries have slowed down his health. During an appearance on HDNet’s The Voice Versus, the legend revealed that he has shrunk 3 inches in height since his wrestling days.
