Getting caught up in the depths of Creatures of the Deep can be overwhelming at first. But if you can master some basic techniques and strategies then the game is actually pretty easy to play. This article will give you a quick look at some tips and tricks to help you get started in the game.
How to catch shredder creatures of the deep
In order to catch Shredder, you must complete the quests given by Cap'n Slappy and purchase some Monster Bait from the shop on Paradise Island. Once you have the Monster Bait, head to the northern waters of the map and throw it into one of the possible spots that a monster can spawn in. If the monster has a chance to spawn, you'll see bubbles on the water surface and Coco will give you a hint saying something like "There must be SOMETHING!"
When you cast into the water with Monster Bait, make sure that your Rod is set at high quality. It is also recommended that you have a Temporary Luck buff as this increases your chances of catching the monster on the first cast. Also keep in mind that the time in the game is based on your device local time, so Morning, Afternoon and Dusk are all good times to hunt for fish and other items.
If you are unable to catch the monster, try again at night time in the northern area of the map above the garbage patch and the North Waters (to be confirmed) as well as in the Dark Waters. Depending on your success, you can then return the monster to Cap'n Slappy for some extra rewards.
