Having multiple eero mesh routers can greatly improve your home WiFi coverage and internet speed, but you may run into some issues with connection quality from time to time. Luckily, it's pretty easy to determine what eero your device is connecting to (assuming that device is actually connected to the network). To do this, open the eero app and tap the menu in the top right. From there, tap Device details. Here, you can see the five bar indicator that shows how strong your device's connection to the eero network is. You can also view the MAC address of the device, which can be useful for troubleshooting.

If a device is having trouble connecting to the eero network, you can try moving it closer to another eero in your home to get a stronger signal. Additionally, you can also try toggling off and on WiFi on the device to see if that helps. Finally, if you can't find a solution, you can also delete an eero from the eero app to see if this fixes your issue.

Once all of your devices are connected to the eero network, you may want to edit their nicknames in the eero app to make it easier to recognize them (especially when used with Family Profiles). To do this, open the eero menu and select the profile you'd like to update. From here, you can also assign and reassign devices to a profile through the Device details section.
