A screenshot or screen capture is a picture taken of what is displayed on a device's display. This is typically done by pressing a combination of hardware buttons, or using software keys on some computers and phones. Depending on the software used, screenshots can be saved as files in a variety of formats, including JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF and TIFF. They are often stored in a special folder on the device called the Screenshots folder or Gallery.

There is a built-in way to take a screenshot on most LG phones, and it's easy to do with a few physical hardware buttons or software keys. This method works on many of the company's phones, including the G3, G4, Flex and Optimus G models. It also works on some of their tablets, such as the 10.1-inch G Pad 5 10.1.

To take a screenshot on your LG phone, first go to the screen that you want to save. Then press the power button simultaneously with the volume down button. This will cause the screen to flash, indicating that it has been captured. The image will be saved in your tablet's photo gallery, which you can access by tapping on the home screen or an app icon.

Alternatively, you can use Google Assistant to take a screenshot on your lg tablet. This method is handy if you don't have access to the device's buttons, or if your hands are full. It also works well on some older phones that don't have a PrtScn key.
