Pokemon Legends Arceus brought a number of changes to the way certain Pokemon evolve. While some of these evolutions required trading with another Trainer, others can be initiated by a new in-game item known as a Linking Cord. These items can be obtained in a variety of ways, including doing specific Requests and purchasing them from the Ginko Guild Cart using in-game currency.

One of the new Pokemon that can be evolved from a Scyther in Pokemon Legends is Kleavor, an alternate evolved form of this bipedal rock Pokémon. To trigger this evolution, players will need a black granite called Black Augurite, which can be obtained in multiple ways. In the wild, players can find this rare stone by battling as many Graveler as possible, particularly in areas such as the Oreburrow Tunnel in Obsidian Fieldlands or the bogs of Crimson Mirelands. This item can also be acquired as a reward for completing the request 'A Nosepass to Guide the Way' or as a drop from defeated Legendary Pokemon.

Graveler is a rock and ground-type Pokemon that has a very rocky appearance, as well as four arms with three fingers on each hand. Its two front arms are usually kept tucked against its body, and its second pair of arms can be raised to form a shield. While its movement is largely limited to rolling, it can become incredibly fast once it builds up momentum.
