If you are unable to resolve an issue like computer viruses, operating system corruption or error messages on your lenovo laptop by restarting it, then factory resetting it is a good option. This will restore your laptop to its original software configuration and remove all the applications that you have installed. It is important to back up your data before starting the resetting process. You can back up your files using external storage devices or online cloud storage systems. This will ensure that your files and personal settings are not lost during the resetting process.

To start the resetting process, you must shut down your laptop completely. Press the Novo button (a small button or pinhole with a backwards arrow) on your Lenovo laptop to open the Onekey recovery menu. This is a feature that comes with your Lenovo laptop and allows you to access the Windows 10 recovery options. The Novo button may be located in different places on your laptop so refer to the user guide for details.

Click the "Get started" option from the left and choose either Keep my files or Removing everything. The system will then begin the resetting process and take some time to complete it. Once completed, you will be able to use your Lenovo laptop as though it was brand new. This is a great way to clean up your computer when selling it or if you are having issues with malware or viruses.
