How to Inflate Your Stomach

The stomach is an amazing thing. It can hold a lot of food and water in a small space, and it does so without any real conscious effort on our part. It’s also an amazingly flexible organ, capable of being inflated or deflated at will. We can do this because of the relationship between pressure and volume, which isn’t always fixed in humans (but it usually is).

The most common way to inflate your stomach is by breathing correctly. Lay on the ground and place a few light books or your hands (whichever you prefer) on your stomach, then take a slow breath in through your nose. As you breathe, you should feel your stomach push the books (or your hands) upwards. You can do this for about 10 minutes or so, or until you begin to feel a little bit uncomfortable. When you’re done, simply breathe out through your mouth and feel the books or your hands slowly return to their original position.

There are many other ways to inflate your stomach, including eating a head of lettuce or chewing gum. You can even have a procedure to permanently increase the size of your stomach, though that’s usually only done for sexual reasons and involves a significant amount of pain and recovery time afterwards.

There is even a fetish known as body inflation, which is the practice of inflating parts of one’s body to make them bigger than they naturally are. It’s typically done using a combination of different techniques, but it often involves wearing an air-inflated suit of latex rubber.
