Many iPad users often find that the tablet's keyboard is too small to use comfortably, especially if you have large fingers. Fortunately, there are several ways to make the iPad keyboard bigger so that it can be easier to use. You can use the keyboard shortcuts, install a third-party app, or use your iPad's settings to change the keyboard size and layout.

The first thing you will want to do is open an app that uses the keyboard, such as a messaging or typing-based app. Once the keyboard is displayed on screen, long-press the keyboard button in the lower-right corner of the iPad's screen to access the keyboard settings. On the keyboard settings page, you will see a slider that can be adjusted to change the size of your iPad's keyboard. When you move the slider, a preview of the keyboard will update to show how the keyboard will appear at the new size. Continue sliding until you reach a keyboard size that is comfortable for you to type with.

You will also see a few other options on the keyboard settings page, including one-handed typing mode and a key flicks feature that expands keys when you press them. Depending on your preferences and typing style, you can enable any of these features to make the keyboard more comfortable for you to use. Once you are done making changes to the keyboard settings, you can close the keyboard settings menu and enjoy using your iPad with a larger keyboard.
