There are a few different things you can try if your earbuds aren’t connecting properly. First, make sure that they’re fully charged (the LED lights on the back of the case will change to red when they’re charged). Next, check that the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case are clean and free of debris. Finally, reset the earbuds by placing them back in their charging case and holding down the button on the back of the case until the LED lights start flashing. If you still can’t connect, contact Tozo customer support for further assistance.
Ensure that your device supports the Bluetooth version used by TOZO earbuds. To do this, navigate to your device’s settings or open the Control Center and check for a “Bluetooth” widget or a dedicated Bluetooth menu. If you’re using an iPhone, you can access this by tapping the ’B’ icon in the upper-left corner of your screen.
Turn off any other devices you have connected to before attempting to pair your TOZO earbuds. This can cause interference and prevent the earbuds from pairing with your device.
Remove the earbuds from their charging case and wait for them to enter pairing mode. Once the LED indicators begin flashing blue and red alternately, your earbuds are ready to pair with your device. Once you’ve paired your TOZO earbuds, they’ll remain paired with your device until you manually reconnect them or turn off the Bluetooth feature on your phone.
