First, make sure that your snoo is plugged in. Once it is, press the activity button on the snoo bed to turn it on. The button will start blinking white and then glow continuously white, indicating that it is paired with your phone.
After that, download the snoo app and follow the on-screen instructions. When you are finished, you should be able to see a SNOO icon on your screen and have access to the dashboard.
Once you're ready to use your snoo, open the app and select your WiFi network. Then follow the prompts to connect snoo to your home WiFi. This can take a few minutes. If you're having trouble connecting, you may want to try restarting the snoo and your router.
When you're ready to start snooing, put your baby in the snoo sleep sack and make sure that the arms are straightened out of the inner bands. Then place them in snoo and slide the wings into their safety clips on each side of the bassinet.
When the snoo starts, it will gently rock and play white noise to calm your baby. If your baby cries, the snoo will move through four levels of increasing sound and motion to find what soothes them. It's designed to stop after a few minutes if your baby still doesn't settle, assuming they need a human for interaction or a feed. If you're worried about the higher levels, you can set snoo to not go above level 1 in the settings.
