Shokz headphones are a great option for people who want to enjoy audio without having to cover or enclose their ears. They use bone conduction technology to transmit sound, and they're available in a variety of colors and styles. Unfortunately, like all headphones, they can sometimes experience problems. Here are some tips on how to troubleshoot common issues with shokz headphones.

The first step is to ensure that your headphones are fully charged. You can check the battery level by looking at the LED indicator. If it is red instead of blue, it means that the headphones are not fully charged. To resolve this issue, you should plug them into a power source and let them charge for a while.

Once your headphones are fully charged, you can re-pair them with a device. To do this, first press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button. This button is usually located on the inline remote or one of the earcups. You should see a flashing blue light or hear a pairing prompt from Audrey. Once the headset is paired, you should be able to hear music or talk on your phone with high-quality sound.

The OpenMove headphones from Shokz (formerly AfterShokz) offer some unique features that make them stand out among competing models. These include PremiumPitch 2.0, which optimizes the audio's midrange and treble response to account for the unoccluded fit of the headset. They also have a dual noise canceling microphone that sounds fine during phone calls and blocks out predictable background noises like air conditioning or light wind. However, they don't cancel incidental sounds, such as jangling keys, as well as some other headphones do.
