hp officejet pro 6962 review
The 6962 All-in-One is designed for business tasks and includes a flatbed scanner for delicate documents, an automatic document feeder for scanning multiple pages, and fax capabilities. It prints in black or color at a maximum resolution of 600 x 1200 dpi and supports wireless printing and a 2.65-inch touchscreen that responds to touch. It also offers a built-in OCR, so you can save your scans as searchable PDF files.
Our tests found that the printer's text quality is above average and its graphics quality is good. However, its print speed is slow for an office printer and its cartridges have low yields. Its cost-per-print isn't as good as that of the Canon PIXMA TR8520, which can print more pages at a faster rate and has better color accuracy.
The 6962 has an excellent maximum resolution for a flatbed scanner and a high color depth, so the scans it produces look sharp and detailed. Its ADF has a capacity of 35 originals and can scan double-sided sheets in two passes, which reduces paper usage and time spent flipping over pages. The ADF can also detect a page and pause the scan, which is helpful when you're using it to scan larger documents.
