Lenovo V15 IIL Review – Intel Core i3 10th Gen/16GB RAM/1TB HDD Laptop

The lenovo v15 iil is an excellent choice for a business laptop that is both lightweight and feature-packed. Its AMD Ryzen(tm) 5000 Series Mobile Processors with Radeon(tm) Graphics make quick work of your day-to-day tasks and its slim chassis with narrow side bezels puts more screen real estate in a compact, 15" laptop footprint. It also has business-level security features and plenty of ports for connectivity.

The screen is a nice Full HD panel with fast pixel response times and no PWM brightness adjustment. It covers 54% of the sRGB color gamut. However, it is only rated for a maximum of 60 nits of contrast, and has narrow viewing angles, which makes it less than ideal for multimedia use.

Lenovo’s UHD Graphics G1 are capable of handling light to moderate gaming workloads, such as League of Legends, Dota 2, Minecraft, CS: GO, and GTA 5, at low settings. For more intensive gaming, you’ll want a dedicated GPU.

The keyboard is a standard layout, but the keys are a bit smaller than usual for a Lenovo laptop, and the trackpad has a slightly strange shape. Despite these minor quirks, the keyboard is still a good typing experience with deep key travel and clicky feedback. It’s also spill-resistant, which is a plus. It weighs 1.85 kilos, which is fairly lightweight for its size, so you won’t feel burdened by carrying it around, especially when using it as your primary laptop.
