LES MILLS BARRE Review
If ballet is your thing, you’ll love the new LES MILLS Barre workout. This barre-style class is based on classical ballet exercises, but there’s no need to have any previous dance experience to get involved.
The workouts are designed to challenge your flexibility, coordination and strength but don’t require any heavy weights. Instead, small hand-weights are used to keep you engaged throughout the 30-minute workout.
Les Mills has a range of workouts in their on demand library which are all 15-55 minutes long. The majority of these workouts are based on the brand’s most popular classes, so there’s something for everyone.
LES MILLS GRIT, BodyCombat and RPM are all great options for people wanting to burn calories while getting in a high intensity workout. There’s also the digitally immersive indoor cycling class The Trip.
