the blushed nudes maybelline review

If you're looking for a budget alternative to the Urban Decay Naked 3 eyeshadow palette, then maybelline has you covered with this rose gold pearlescent blushed nudes palette. The 12-shade palette features dazzling colors infused with rose gold pigments for bolder blushes, provocative plums and risque roses that are bound to make your eyes pop.

One of the highlights of this palette is the way the shadows are packaged. Each shade has a clear window on the front that allows you to see what's inside. The shadows are organized into quads, trios and duos for easy use by beginners.

The color payout is pretty decent with most shades delivering some sort of glittery sheen to boot. The lighter shades are less pigmented and will require a bit of packing on to get the desired effect.

The palette also includes a dual ended applicator that features a sponge on one end and brush bristles on the other, which is useful for applying a single shade or blending out a look. The applicator isn't the most efficient, but it does work as long as you're patient enough to hold it in place. It's also a good idea to set your makeup with MAC Fix+ or setting spray for added intensity and staying power.
