The NEO features a non-toxic heating element that warms the ceramic housing electronically with radiant heat, without touching your herbs or tobacco. This perfectly heated air is then drawn down through the quartz chimney and into your bowl, vaporizing your material without the smoke and byproducts that come from combustion.
To turn on the NEO, press the power button three times. The screen will show the battery level and current power setting. Adjust your power settings using the up and down buttons, starting with the three diamond setting. You can also press and hold the power button to preheat the device for 30 seconds.
Once the NEO is heated and ready to vape, place the atomizer on top of your pipe or bong’s opening and draw. You may need to make adjustments to create a tight seal between the atomizer and your pipe or bong’s opening, but once you do, it should be smooth and consistent.
As with all vaporizers, we recommend that you regularly clean your NEO and your pipe. Cleaning will help to maximize taste and minimize odor. It’s also important to remember that vaporization isn’t just healthier than smoking, it’s also more environmentally friendly.
