Netgear customer service is non-existent even when it’s under warranty. I would never buy another NETGEAR product again. If they have a problem, they’ll tell you to pay for an extended warranty or send the router back to them for repair. This is a horrible business practice and I strongly advise you to avoid their products.

The first two couldn’t understand my problem, the third said my issue was resolved but it wasn’t and the fourth never called back. I am very unhappy with the router and the company. They need to change their policy and offer a warranty for at least 2 years.
