Ohuhu marker review:
The ohuhu markers are similar in size to Copic markers but they have a more fine brush tip for drawing and coloring. The ohuhu markers also have a larger color selection and are more affordable than Copic markers. They even come with a free carrying bag and a plastic sheet to use underneath your marker to prevent bleed through on other pages of your sketch book or coloring book.
While the ohuhu markers do not have the same brightness as COPIC marker brush tips they still perform very well. They do not fade as fast and have a good lightfastness rating. This is important if you want to use your markers for a long time or if you are going to be using them in the sun or in brightly lit environments.
With the ohuhu markers you can expect excellent blending and vivid colors. The markers are juicy straight out of the box and don’t dry out as quickly as other alcohol based markers. They have a more extensive ink load than Copic markers which is great if you are drawing or coloring on a larger scale.
The only negative is that the ohuhu markers are not refillable yet but they are working on it. They do come with replacement nibs if they are damaged or worn out but it’s best to be careful to keep your pens safe and not overuse them. ohuhu markers are a fantastic alternative to COPIC and if you take care of them they will last a very long time.
