airsoap review

PhoneSoap is one of the most popular brands of UV phone and electronic sanitizers in the US. This year, the company launched an air purifier(opens in new tab)that uses the same technology to clean bacteria and viruses from indoor air.

Unlike traditional filter-based air cleaners that force air and particles to pass through a filter, the AirSoap uses electricity to kill bacteria by polarizing them. The polarized particles are then collected on a series of graphene plates that can be washed and reused, making the device much less expensive to run than most other air cleaners. AirSoap also claims to use half as much energy to process the same volume of air compared to other HEPA-based devices.

AirSoap has a compact design and is fairly quiet. It features a single control button and several LED lights that indicate its status. The top of the unit has a grid-style outflow vent, which ensures that it distributes air evenly throughout an entire room. The device can treat up to 400 square feet, and it’s easy enough to fit in a corner of your living room or office.

A powerful plasma field inside the unit kills the bacteria in the air, and a pre-filter screen captures pet hair, dust, and other contaminates. The air is then drawn into the core where a patented ionization process eliminates harmful chemicals, lowers indoor ozone levels, and reduces unpleasant odors. The resulting clean air is then circulated through the graphene plates that can be washed, and the whole system uses very little energy.
