Print Screen on Logitech Keyboard

Print Screen on Logitech Keyboard is one of the more commonly-used computer functions that people require from time to time, but can be challenging if this is your first time trying. There are multiple approaches you can take; in this article we'll go over some of them.

Find your Windows and Print Screen keys. Depending on the type of keyboard you have, these may differ in appearance but typically the Windows key should have an icon representing Windows while Print Screen button should feature printer icons.

Once you've identified these keys, it is time to begin taking screenshots! Simply press both Windows Key and PrtScn at the same time to create an image of your computer screen that will save to the clipboard for you to edit or use as is - or save as an image file and use later!

Your Print Screen key could not be functioning as expected for various reasons. One possibility could be an application running in the background that is blocking its functioning; if this is the case for you, try either closing the program or using Snipping Tool to capture an area rather than your entire desktop desktop screen.

Another possible explanation could be your keyboard's F-Lock key may be enabled, which enables or disables secondary functions for keys F1-F12. If this setting is active, try turning it off before trying to take another screenshot. If this doesn't help, use Logitech G Hub companion app's Key Assign feature to assign a shortcut key and create one specifically dedicated for screenshotting.

Mac computers provide multiple ways for taking screenshots, but the easiest is probably pressing Command + Shift + 4. This will create an image of what's currently visible and save it to your clipboard for pasting into another application. More advanced Mac computers may even offer built-in screenshot tools for taking snapshots.

Pressing Fn+Symbol on your MacBook is the quickest and easiest way to take screenshots, saving the image directly into your clipboard so it can easily be pasted into documents or emails. This works for all versions, including recent models.
