The Model 700 is a classic bolt-action rifle that has been in production since 1962. It’s a favorite among hunters and shooters alike and is known for its accuracy and reliability. It comes in a variety of calibers and action lengths, so you’re sure to find one that meets your needs.

Its famous 24-inch, hammer-forged, fluted stainless steel barrel is also known for holding tight minute-of-angle groups. It’s also drilled and tapped to accept optics. This model also features a hinged floor plate that swings down to allow a shooter to safely empty the four-shot magazine in the field.

This model has a beautiful satin-finished, straight-comb American walnut stock with laser cut checkering. The stock also has quick-detach sling swivel posts and a black forend tip. The recoil absorbing soft rubber pad is a nice touch, as is the traditional black grip cap and handguard.

All current Model 700 variants feature the X-Mark Pro trigger, which is externally adjustable. Its 3.5-pound pull weight is good out of the box, but you can adjust it further to get the perfect feel for your rifle.

While the remington 700 cdl 30 06 is not the best rifle on the market, it’s an excellent choice for anyone who wants a reliable, accurate, and affordable hunting or target rifle. Its legendary consistency and accuracy are the standard by which all other centerfire rifles are measured. It’s also a great choice for law enforcement or military use, as it’s been used in both of those fields for decades.
