Stihl is a company that seems to care deeply about their customers and it shows in their products. The BR 700 is no exception as it is one of the best blowers on the market when it comes to efficiency. In our shootout, the BR 700 was 1st in weight, 1st in ergonomics, and 1st for swath. It also came in 1st for fuel efficiency and started up the easiest.
It has a powerful 35 newtons of blowing force, meaning it can easily handle larger properties. It can handle wet leaves, grass cuttings, and even large piles of trash. Its engine is also incredibly efficient, and it can run for hours on end without running out of gas. Additionally, it has a flexible pleated connecting hose to make cleaning up larger areas much easier.
This is another Stihl product that is built to be user-friendly and has a number of convenient features that make it stand out from the competition. For example, the nozzle has a locking ring that allows users to unlock it, move it around, and lock it back in place with a simple turn of the dial. The BR 700 also has a rubberized 2-component handle and an anti-vibration system for added comfort.
The only drawback to this model is its tiny tank, which only holds 47.3 fl. oz of fuel. This is a significant drawback, especially considering the fact that all of the other blowers in our shootout had tanks that were at least 20 fl. oz. larger than this one.
