Stok Coffee Review

Stok is a cold-brewed coffee that focuses on low acidity and bold smooth flavor. It is available as single serve bottles in a 13.7 oz. glass bottle, as well as a 48 oz. package that appears to compete with cold brew concentrates.

The Bright and Mellow flavor is a blend of lighter roasts that let the rich flavors of fine arabica beans shine through, with complex but surprisingly refreshing flavor and a new level of smoothness. It is a perfect balance of bold character and subtlety, dynamic flavor with smoothness, not too bitter and not too sweet.

The mocha creamed stok coffee is another popular option, but the nutrition facts indicate that this drink has more sugar than you might expect from the front of the bottle. One serving contains 18 grams of sugar, which is more than you would find in a brownie. In addition to the high level of sugar, this product also contains potassium phosphate, which is a stabilizer, buffer, thickener and preservative in many packaged foods. It is important to pay attention to the list of ingredients in all foods you consume, and avoid those containing additives that you may be sensitive to.
