Alexa, Amazon’s voice assistant, can perform countless tasks for you. She can play music, control smart home devices, answer questions, shop on Amazon, and more. Alexa is a cloud-based service that can be accessed through the Amazon Echo line of smart speakers and other Alexa-enabled devices, including third-party systems like Fire TV. Users say the wake word “Alexa” to activate her, and she responds with intuitive voice commands.

She can also answer questions about the day, time, and weather. You can ask her to set reminders and recurring alarms, which will be audibly played back at the specified time and date. Alexa’s knowledge is vast, and she can also access information from external sources such as Wolfram Alpha, iMDB, AccuWeather, Yelp, and Wikipedia, among others.

Using alexa what time is it

One of the most useful features of Alexa is its ability to tell you the current time in any city or country around the world. To do this, simply say “Alexa, what is the time in [city or country]?”. She can also show you your own location in relation to other cities and countries, as well as the time difference between locations in the form of a graph.

Alexa can also be used to set routines that automatically perform a sequence of actions. You can say things like “Alexa, start my morning,” which would turn on the lights, check the weather, and launch your favorite playlist. You can even use the term “Alexa, goodnight” to trigger a sleep routine that turns off the lights, arms your security system, and turns on an ambient noise machine.
