Xploderz, manufactured by The Maya Group, look like the lovechild of a Super Soaker and a paintball gun, firing small capsules of superabsorbent polymers (basically a semisoft gel) that break apart on impact with a hard surface. They're a lot of fun, but kids will naturally be inclined to shoot them at each other - not exactly a recipe for safety.
