Rants and raves on craigslist are usually not much to write home about. But an anonymous post in the New York City rants and raves section this week is getting some attention. The post claims that a Midtown Manhattan restaurant did a study of customer behavior by comparing security recordings from 2004 and 2014, and concluded that smartphone-obsessed diners are to blame for slow service. It's a weird and entertaining read.
