In addition to their hit YouTube morning show Good Mythical Morning, LA-based comedy duo Rhett McLaughlin (BSCE 2000) and Link Neal (BSCE 2001) have a variety of other shows under the Mythical Entertainment banner. These include the narrative series Rhett and Link's Buddy System, the Ear Biscuits podcast, and comedic songs and sketches. They also run a number of merchandising and subscription services under the brand.

Despite their success, both men still maintain strong ties to NC State. They both graduated from the College of Engineering with a civil engineering degree, roomed together while they were students and cheered on Wolfpack sports as fans. And in June 2014, they returned to campus as guest speakers for the CCEE and Industrial and Systems Engineering commencement ceremonies.

It's No Secret That the two men are lifelong best friends. Their relationship is portrayed in a number of their videos, including their long-running GMM series and other spinoffs like Commercial Kings, Great American Road Trip, and Inside Eats. They even collaborated on a documentary called Looking for Ms Locklear.

One of the more recognizable aspects of the pair is their contrast in appearance, with Rhett sporting lighter hair and Link rocking darker locks. They've also been compared in looks to Lady Antebellum members Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, as well as Dana Carvey and the late actor Robin Williams.

In many videos, the guys can be seen wearing a pair of matching rings. Despite some concerns that the rings might interfere with each other, they're actually perfectly compatible. The only potential problem is if the rings have delicate stone settings or are antique. This can sometimes cause them to chip or break, so it's a good idea to be careful when wearing them.
